Mainzer Straße has developed into something of an insider tip in recent years. The area offers an interesting mix of businesses: hip hairstylists, antiques, second hand shops and Asian food. It is also the street, that has four stars: “Gästehaus Erfort” has been awarded three Michelin stars and “Jens Jakob.Das Restaurant" has received one star. The buildings of this historic quarter date back to the second half of the 19th century and there is a lot to discover at the heart of this quarter and its community.
